Hi.

Need to make a decision between a Daiwa BG4500, Okuma Azores 55 and Shimano Sedona 6000.

These fall within my budget, but I'm not sure which one to go for.

Any other recommendations in the same budget will be appreciated.

Regards

Not sure what you're using it for, but stick with the metal-framed BG. Love my Shimanos but I think that BG is in the best bang for your buck argument. On paper the Okuma looks good, but I've only had experience with their Avenger model probably 15 years ago. It did  what it needed to do until it bit the dust.

If you're surf fishing you could consider the Tsunami Shield, but even then I'd stick with the BG.

Sedona 6000 was at $50 on TD few days ago, I read some mixed reviews about tha reel; if you'll do anything saltwater related stick to the BG.
