This actually explains quite a bit as to the condition of why he was on IR, seemed healthy and yet released right after the trade deadline. HIs previous suspension while with the patriots was not a failed drug test, or weed...But it was due that he had disappeared for 1 1/2 days and rumored to be have seen outside the state of Massachusetts. These were controls he had agreed with both the patriots AND NFL for his rehab. He had to check in 2-3 times per day via GPS and a phone call to the Pats, well he went missing for 1 1/2 days.  The demons got the best of him in Seatle, hes done.

On Monday, the Seahawks announced via the NFL Gordon has been suspended indefinitely without pay for violating the NFL policies on performance-enhancing substances and substances of abuse.

Gordon has now been suspended five different times for substance abuse.

The Patriots released Gordon a few months back after playing six games this season. He played in five games for Seattle.

I hope he is able to get the help that he needs.

Seemed like a decent guy when he was on the straight and level.

Yeah, unfortunately his days as a NFL player are now shot.  Doubt anyone will give him a 3rd chance. This last one definitely went backwards failing the test.

The league's resources are still available to him.

You may wish to look at his stats. Even from last year he had only played a handful of game in a couple of years.

Broken you say? Nah he scares the crap out of defensive coordinators, especially when playing for the Patriots.

I'm not sure why anyone is excited about this?  think again or come up with a better troll.

whoops...
