Fished bridge pilings today from around 10am-4pm. Caught my first sheepshead and landed my first black drum. There is definitely a learning curve to hooking those damn sheepies. Tough mouths and expert bait stealers.

I ended up bringing home 2 sheeps and 1 black drum. Released two big drum.

The pics are of the first and biggest sheepshead and the first and biggest drum.

Everything hit on small blue crabs and fiddler crabs. Get to the bridges the bite is getting hot. It turned on right at the end of the ebb and into slack.

Bad, this is a great time of the year to get the sheepshead and black drum. Both of these come in, in good numbers. Once you find one sheepshead there is normally a stacked up group of them.
