Metal Lip ID?

I just picked up a few metal lip swimmers that look to be a bit older, but unused. There is no artist trademark on them, but the weights are written under the clear coat and the eyes are raised (either glass or plastic). I'm not sure if these have been refinished, but I would doubt it by the looks of them. While I'd like to fish them, I'd like to know if they'd be better off on display.

Thanks, Tim. What's really throwing me off is the way the eyes are not recessed into the body. I also had someone suggest that they look like Big Don's as well, which I have been having a little bit of a hard time finding any pics of. I figure I've got most of the winter to figure out whether or not to throw them, anyway

Beachcomber Lures...Around in the 80s i belive Tony Spina was involved with them to some degree...Later would become Driftwood Lures,then Lex lures.

But with that lip I'm thinking Makati, maybe.

indeed true,first thing I thought as well.

perhaps it could be an early one.

heres some Bob Hahns from about 10 years ago.

top 2 are mediums and the bottoms are smalls.

not feeling big Don on them at all,I have 2 of his and they don't look anything like them.

There beachcomber i have pics of them in the package let me find them

Those are 100% Bob Hahn lures from late 1980's. Used to cost $6-8 each in all the Jersey Shore shops.

Can’t be Makati. They still have paint on them.
