No Way by S.J. Morden

2nd. book in what appears to be a planned trilogy I didn't read the first and probably won't as the 2nd. recaps it... I'll read the 3rd. if it ever appears

Stranded on Mars type stuff,  very entertaining

I don't think I've read a sci-fi book since... well, I can't remember, unless we count Vonnegut as sci-fi, which he really wasn't.

It's the one genre that never did anything for me. I'd rather read the want ads.

Its not an uncommon theme in sci-fi novels and movies etc...  some enjoy it more than others

PS no one is surprised you don’t like sci-fi novels

We actually have something in common, Raider we both like science fiction.   I'll check the book out next time I get to the book store.

Some of Vonnegut's novels could be considered sci-fi, puts him in the same category as Ray Bradbury.

the stupidity of this post is classic Belmo,

Strong opinion based on ZERO knowledge

maybe read a couple before spouting off on the genre.

Science fiction is for dullards who lack the mental capacity to appreciate good literature.

Like Frank. :dismay:

says the guy who has read none.

actually IMHO Scfi is the genre of the philosophers of our day.

your baseless comments mean so much.

read a book or two,

then your opinion would at least have a Foundation.

I'd bet my lungs I've read more books than you!

maybe.....

I used to average 1.5 a week, I have slowed down in recent years.

but focus,

you are freely sharing your opinion on SciFi while making it clear you don't read it.

you are like a guy who doesn't drink spouting off on Wine.

I read some many, many years ago. Asimov, Clarke, and some other humps whose names I can't remember.

I thought it sucked, and haven't read one since. So sue me.
