This was a fishing site.

When did it change?

Did this bother you ? Why can’t we talk about ducks ? You like to chase people away ? Why would you say something like that ?

Puddle ducks are the best to eat. Mallards, woodie's, black ducks, pintails, ect. Some divers are ok to eat. Sea ducks are not. My grandfather was a huge waterfowler. An I never really understood why you would devote so much time and money hunting sea ducks when they aren't worth eating.

How do all the different types of ducks taste? Which one is best? Not a hunter. Just curious and duck is delicious.

No eating coots or mergansers!

Many waterfowlers use different feathers from their harvest for fly tying.

My morning chuckle, sent from my son. When I did gun, I breasted everything out. That’s a beautiful wood duck. Just  can’t imagine there being much meat on them. Anyway, although I was totally addicted to waterfowling, my most enjoyment came from calling and stooling them in with a lab as my hunting partner.
