What is with this? Jerold Nadler, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has made it known that he will not be calling DOJ IG Horowitz to testify after the IG releases his long-awaited report on the FISA process in 2016. 

 

The House reminds us constantly that they play an oversight role to the Execute Branch, why is that selective?
