Baits for Finicky Bass

I have this small pond by my house. When I say small, maybe 50 feet side from side as it’s really dried up. Bass in there are blowing up on minnows but me and the other fishermen can never catch them. They are extremely gimmicky and any bait thrown near them makes them run. I’ve only caught one and it was on a Pop R. I’ve tried jigs, plastic worms, frogs, etc. with no success. Help!
