I have had this issue before..Snapper Fishing today,and I have so many follows,but they eventually turn around. I was throwing these Spro Dura Shads today,,following plenty,no hits..I have had this happen with Kastmasters as well..how do you guys deal with this?

Snappers seem a lot more finicky these days than they were around 10 years ago. I never throw anything but snapper poppers at them. Works on the bigger ones/cocktail blues too.

Snapper poppers  are available  made up with the popper and the small fly for 5 bucks.  They work and are great with the grandchildren.  These fish are working rain bait type of food.

We've used these in the past to catch herring, reel it up a couple cranks and get ready. It was all about back reeling. Ton of fun  :th:
