Meanwhile, just a few weeks ago, a couple of non-latinos were doing far more damage to the striper population.

Two Rhode Island men were arrested for violating daily fishing limits on Wednesday, according to authorities.

Robert Majors, 41, of Bristol, and Peter Parente, 53, of West Greenwich, were arrested for being in possession of 38 striped bass believed to have been caught in a protected area off the coast of Block Island.

And if you want to see more non-latinos or non-asians doing far more damage to the striper population, head over to the Cape Cod Canal on comm days.

They should take the boat.

38! Makes me sick. Sounds like they got popped in the EEZ so they'll answer to the Fed. Scuttle the damn boat.

It's good their names and where they live were stuck out there for all to see.

poaching is like any other crime, more whites do it just by sheer numbers, but if you look at people of color, they are grossly over represented. like jail pop, murder, etc...no different, except poaching includes a lot more Asians.

Poaching as practiced at the Canal has reached the level of an art form. they are brazen and dont care. theyll just laugh in your face if you bring up enforcement. they are the zen masters of arrogance.
