Scrapple? Did someone mention that word? After one one of the longest threads in history many moons ago nobody ever said what was in that stuff that all our southern members enjoy with much delight. I don't want



know who or where makes the best but just what the hell is in it besides the unsaleable parts of a pig. Is it like sasauge that you just close your eyes and hope for the best? Would you please excuse me as I'm from LI New York and biscuits and gravy are still fresh in my mind. Is this an ethnic thing or just local. Not trying to make fun of it or anything, but heard of it over the years and wondered what was in it. Prospector
