seems he no longer has a job, seems NY will be safe from riots for now

Daniel Pantaleo, the New York City police officer seen on video using a chokehold during Eric Garner's deadly arrest five years ago, sparking mass protests, was fired by the department, the police commissioner said Monday.

An administrative judge this month recommended that Pantaleo be terminated over the July 17, 2014, confrontation as Garner was being arrested on Staten Island for selling loose, untaxed cigarettes.

Pantaleo, who has been with the NYPD since 2006, was suspended as soon as that departmental verdict was reached, in keeping with long-standing practice when there is a recommendation for firing. The 13-year veteran had been on desk duty as his case made its way through legal and administrative circles.

untaxed cigarettes.

If he bought a pack, then sold them loose, they were taxed when he purchased the pack.

If he was selling them loose he wasn't getting the sales tax.

At 5 bucks a pack, selling them for fiddy cents a piece,  that's 10 untaxed dollars that slipped through their little commie fingers

he paid the sales tax at purchase.

Now a lot of cops will refrain from doing their job...They will start looking the other way...

They're dumping buckets of water on cops, and their not doing anything.

It's getting ridiculous.

Reading is fundamental, as is comprehension.

And this was NY. They were easily 10 bucks a pack.

Pantaleo did not use a choke hold, if you watch the video you can clearly see that. Garner is screaming "I can't Breathe" but just the fact that he is screaming that,he IS BREATHING  ! Garner was getting illegal cigarettes from down south and selling them for a dollar a piece. The store owners complained to the local Precinct about Garner for years, he had been arrested numerous times for the same offense and didn't care. That day he decided he was not going to be arrested and go along peacefully. His own actions that day caused his death, when you are over 350 lbs. with a bad heart and asthma maybe you just go with the flow. It's not like he didn't know he'd be out in a few hours  a day or so at the max. But at least he would still be alive, maybe. As Baretta used to say "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time !".

I think the fact he died is good proof he wasn't.

Sorry but you are wrong, Garner died of a heart attack not from being choked to death.

Stop, the facts may confuse some or be an inconvenience to their fake narratives.
