This morning my dad succumbed to his illness a fighter till the end, he passed at home as he would have wanted, a man who was always frugal with his own needs but overwhelming generosity to others. The man who gave me the passion to fish not so much for catching but rather as a young boy the time I got could spend with my hero.

They don’t make many men like him anymore

Dad, I Love You

Sorry for your loss, it's never easy. It sounds, from what you've said before, that he had a good run, and his pain is over...

Sorry for you loss.

Was your Dad a man of faith? I will say a prayer either way.
