I've been catching blues since late May. It's warming up so the bite might be slowing down.

I just had a great day on MV the other day.

Father's Day weekend was my best outing on the south side of the Cape. I brought home 6 keepers that weekend.

Buzzards Bay has a few scattered, catching on the troll occasionally.

Caught a few during a blitz a few weeks ago,

now just get a lot of softbaits chomped off.

If they’re around that area, they are ignoring the gigantic schools of pogies everywhere. I’ve fished the last two days off of Marshfield-Cohasset and have seen 0 bluefish and at least a million pogies.

A bluefish bit off my last pink savage sandeel tail in the rips off monomoy yesterday.

Eff bluefish.

Though I still love catching them off the jetty on the southside.   Nothing better than seeing your ranger blasted 5' into the air

I’ve heard multiple reports of tuna crashing though the pogies off of scituate/Marshfield. Talked to a charter captain today that said yesterday he had a school of 400-500lb fish come through, as well as a blue shark and whales...... that was yesterday though. Today all I found were acres of pogies and nothing else.

Can confirm the reports of bluefish, saw a ton of them busting on baitfish within casting range of the beach, must’ve hooked up every cast for a good while, all in the 16-20” range
