to get all this stuff the leftists are promising the rubes they will get.  But its not a chart where the red line is a quarter inch above the blue line, its like "not enough money in the whole world times ten" enough.

Like Dr Evil, like"one meeelion dollars".  You take all the money, all the assets from everyone whose job doesnt require a hair net and name tag and you have enough dough for like three weeks of your hair brained schemes..

Point is, the charts and pie graphs are a waste of trees.  Like its so not even close to get all this money.

AND on top of that, you want to wreck and poop on peoople that are making money.  Tax em, regulate them till they dont want to work anymore, just eff with them in general.  So that makes for even less money.  Less support and empathy too, but you know.

The debate brought this into a great contrast last night

My question.  Tell us your story.  How and when did you fall for this ****?  What did it?  When did you believe this was the way to go?

I ve told my ideas and thoughts and beliefs many times here.  I am proud of them, I am proud of what I have done.   Leftists, can you say the same?

Here is your chance.  Be prepared for criticism, but go ahead.

I think one line in what you wrote really drives home a point.  You have articulated your ideas, your beliefs, and you are proud of them.  I' not seen any other person on this forum, me included, do the same.  It's why, in large part, you own this place. :th:

I'm interested to see the responses that follow.

Murphy got elected because of his promise to legalize pot.  People gave him a pass when he promised to raise taxes in the one of the most heavily taxed states in the history of the US.  Because pot.

Guess what?

No pot.

lol

I think Little's question is great; when exactly did you buy into all the free stuff.

I don't think most do buy into it, but they love the idea of them because they believe enough of their true believers do buy into it, and their "team" will win, B.A.M.N. By Any Means Necessary.

Sadly the politicians that spruik these ideas seldom believe in them and never practice them, but get locked into them by getting elected, thus perpetuating the vicious circle.

They could not even raise their hand on stage last night when asked if they would ditch their private healthcare in favor of Gubmint HC.  That is ****ing hilarious...

So come SJWs, when specifically did you buy into the empty promises?  Or do you have the balls to confirm what Zyba said?

I thinks it fear.  A weakness.  Dependency.  The need to feel nurtured.  An ingrained lack of confidence in one’s ability to thrive and survive as an individual.  Augmented with a heaping dose of envy and jealousy.   A psychological trait preyed upon by power hungry politicians and greedy scum.

i view it as a character flaw

It's what happen when the electorate is too stupid to realize they have been bought off with their own tax monies.

I think it’s when the electorate covets mediocrity over opportunity. The American Dream is now to be perfectly ordinary

Divide and conquer... the thing all politicians fear the most besides the truth is a united citizenry!

Not exactly... in general, conservatives are happier and less combatant. Liberals are the angry, emotional lot. Now I don’t disagree with sentiment your statement holds with divide and conquer being at play, but look at who is actually doing it today and has done it throughout history. The New Deal gave blacks hope and they switched to vote for the left. They knew before that who had them in chains and despair. Then in the 60 the Church, the home and normalcy as we knew it came under attack. Women were being told they didn’t have to be in the home and could be just like men in the workforce. They stepped up to the plate during WWII, why can’t that be the new norm? Today race isn’t enough and who someone is attracted to has been glorified to create a new division. Then came the lies about how not murdering infants was the gummit telling women what to do with their ovaries, etc. Throughout the 20th and thus far into the 21st centuries the American Dream, morals and ethics have been under attack... everything that was the glue that has held the family and our society together has been systematically disassembled by the radical left and that is who the New Democratic Party is.

I truly believe it’s all coming to a head and pretty soon it’s going to pop. Whether at the poles or in the streets, but somethings gotta give. Luckily, the United citizenry of which you speak are the defenders of the constitution and all that America was founded upon and stands for. I have faith that it will prevail again. There really is no other option besides cowardly allowing our great nation to be ran into the ground by admitted commies, religious extremists and socialist scum.

In other words .. equal results instead of equal opportunity.

Opportunity still involves work and risk.

Killary is a known admirer of Alinsky... Obama grew his roots in the soils of anti-imperialist Muslim extremism... It’s not hard to see who’s hands were on the plow and have worked to dismantle who we are as the greatest nation on earth.

Absolutely. Why else would they be preaching how America was never great?

Most of you don't pay any taxes.

Your benefit is well above 0
