From what I understand you just need a single or double roller flyer . Remove your spool remove the three screws on the flyer and swap it out.

You can replace the existing bail with manual pick up on the rotor you own. The bail needs to be pressed out. Probably $115 for the pick up, roller and counter weight.

The other option is to spend $190 and buy a second manual pick up rotor.

Is it easy to press it out? Or something zeebaas can only do?

That’s what I do.  Z27 with both a bail and double roller.  3 screw easy swap.

You just need the tooling. Is you have access to a press you can do it yourself. You will need to buy the new parts and ZB will swap the parts on your rotor at no charge when you buy new parts.
