California won't pay for land they took for the bullet train??

So the State takes land (private property) through eminent domain now haven't paid for it? For years?

 

You would think this would be one of the first and easiest things to take care of. 

Doesn't look good for the farmers.

In Florida the dirty little commies try to add stuff to our state constitution by placing them on the ballot using confusing language. One such amendment was for a bullet train and it won. Jen Bush was governor and he called a press conference. Everyone gathered in a small field and Jen said the amendment states that “ work must begin by such and such date”. So Jen grabbed a shovel, took a scoop and said there, it has begun. No other work was ever done afterwards.

 

People think it’s cool but don’t want to pay for it. I imagine same there.
