That's what it looks like but those recessed eyes, single hooks (which could have been changed) and I don't recall ever seeing that color on a southbend lure. But I am no expert. Seidner would know.

Those wavy lines are a pattern used on the 4-5/8" South Bend King Andy Lure introduced in 1951 and gone by 1953. Hook placement wrong. Maybe someones copy

they used wavy lines on some bass orenos also but they were singles not double. And never saw that blue. Are there metal cups on the hook hangers? Probably correct, some other company copied but I know I have seen that paint scheme somewhere

They look like screw eyes under and on tail.

Closest that South Bend made, that I could find,  was the Tarp Oreno. Has the single hooks but belly hook clipped into the bottom of the lure. Are those glass or tack eyes? As stated before that paint doesn't appear to be South Bend.
