Nope, please try again......

You can try and lump 3 failed casinos into one bankruptcy but  3 filed just the same

Agreed.  The issue is what happens when you can no longer service the debt and that status as the "global reserve" crumbles.

You print money, spike inflation and repay the debt with currency much reduced in true value. The real question is what happens to the world’s economy after that happens!

The Trump bankruptcy talk is just stupid.

No less stupid than Trump crying fake news and gaslighting all the time and lets face it if a democrat were acting like Trump the right would be up in arms. The tables would be turned. I'm just getting sick and tired of it all. I may like some of the things Trump does and I may not like the lefts policies and philosophy, but I don't have any sympathy for Trump getting raked over the coals.

Couldn't happen to a better person.

I ain't an economist, not sure, but what I am sure of is the average American will be hit with increased costs (estimated by WP at $767 per year).

No Problem Knewbee:  With our Booming Economy and the jobs available to all American Workers that $supposed $767.00 per year will be small change, if and when China stops effing with our products and Ideas. the Art of the Deal will be even better.

This week, the Labor Department announced that there are a record 7.5 million unfilled jobs, millions of which pay good middle-class salaries. Forget a $15 minimum wage; President Trump's economy has created countless $50,000 jobs.  The Democrat leadership are telling their voters there are no jobs and no raises and no problem getting jobs. Lairs one and all!. The average wage is now $27.70 an hour.

The average wage for a highly skilled worker is $50+ an hour-not to mention the working conditions and benefits are far better. There are tons of highly skilled positions that are unfilled due to lack of qualified candidates. Its pretty clear that Trump and his die hard supporters want to take the country back to the 50's. The choice is clear. We have moved from a manufacturing based economy to an information based economy and the real battle is between the US and China for dominance in the post information age economy that will be dominated by AI, quantum computing, robotics and other advanced technologies.

Gary Cohn bluntly told Trump that 30% of the jobs will be replaced by automation by 2030. The head of Homeland Security told Trump what keeps him up at night is a massive cyber attack. Trump just blows them off. He catering to his base which admittedly has been left behind in the shift from a manufacturing based economy to an information based economy.

The answer is not a make America Great Again that takes the country back to the 1950's a period that Trump is far more comfortable with.

The question is, what do you do with the 50,000,000 workers that are too stupid for highly skilled positions?

And what do you do when you go to war with China and the American workforce can't produce a paper airplane?
