It’s that time of year again when we dig out our sombrero’s and get together to share drink and food. Even though Sandy Hook has implemented a ban on alcohol, we once again will have our annual fiesta there.

When: Saturday May 4th

Where: Gaurdian Park, Sandy Hook.

Time: 11am till they kick us out

This is a chance for SOL members new and old to get together and share in laughs, lies  , food and drink. If you are new to the site, it’s a great way to come out and meet a bunch of great guys and gals. For others it a chance to renew friendships and continue the tradition of banter and ball busting. So come one come all to the best fiesta this side of the wall.

I will later start a list of food items or anything else we could use for the Goya.

Food and items needed

charcoal  Tom T

Clams  JMB

Clam Chowder  JMB

Sausage or some meat  Tom T

hot dogs

hot dog rolls

hamburger rolls

cheese for burgers

salads: potato, macaroni, greens

Deviled Eggs  Pete and Adria

ketchup, mustard

salt and pepper

Brownies  Pete and Adria

Blast. Would love to make it and meet some of you guys but have some sort of reception to attend according to the calendar. I'd blow it off but not yet ready to transition into hermit status.
