Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov declared today that the Western, liberal model of society is dying, and a new world order is taking its place. Lavrov made the comments at his annual meeting with students and professors at the Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy, reported Russian state news agency TASS.

The Western liberal model of development, which particularly stipulates a partial loss of national sovereignty – this is what our Western colleagues aimed at when they invented what they called globalization – is losing its attractiveness and is no more viewed as a perfect model for all. Moreover, many people in the very western countries are skeptical about it,” Lavrov said.

According to him, global development is guided “by processes aimed at boosting multipolarity and what we call a polycentric world order.”

~~~~~~
And libs wonder why Putin is viewed more favorably than Obama or any neocon.
This is crazy to me. “Western liberal model”. ???    How about European Liberal Model?  The USA wants no part of it. Except for maybe Fishing Magician and his group of idiots.
Let’s rewrite that title to reflect the truth.
“Nationalism, historically present in all sovereign countries, is being attacked by buffoons who want to bring the world to its knees with globalism.”
Globalism is a losing proposition. For everyone in the world. It caters to the lowest common denominator and that exactly what they want. Sick mother F’ers they are.
It's way too late to stop this. Why should any company answering to its shareholders pay $18 an hour to an American CSR when they can pay dirt to Filipinos and Indians who barely speak English?
You mean the corporations and their right wing Republican management who want the cheapest possible labor? I totally agree, sick mother F'ers with no regard for their country. Pieces of dung. Even our nationalist American First President had his stuff being manufactured in 12 different countries. Sick globalist?
Actually, I was pointing out how on one hand Republicans are anti-globalists, but on the other they love how it grows their bottom line.
****in exactly that! You don't seem to understand how the world works. Most Republican politicians are part of the globalist uniparty. All socialists except national socialists - and we all know from your previous howling there ain't none of them in the Democrat party (heh) - are internationalists which are by definition globalists. So nearly all politicians are globalists and nearly all Republicans are 2 faced liars that hate their own base which makes the quote absolutely true.
So yeah, they are lower than whale dung in the Mariana trench. As are all internationalist, globalist Democrats who don't even hide their contempt for the American people.
Let them go manufacture what they want in s*ithole. They should be stripped of their citizenship and kicked out. If they want to do business there, let them live there too.
We should insofar as it helps us get out of the hole we've dug ourselves. Everything that's good about Russia certainly outweighs everything that's bad about US and A.
