I think there should be a sizer like the checked baggage  sizer. If you do not fit , you have to pay more.

Some rows should have 3 seats, some only 2, and some just 1 big one.

 

The seat you should have to buy should be based on your width, priced accordingly, and if you lie, then you don't fly, and don't get your money back.

What's the issue with tall people? They fit in the seat. Can we ban the idiots that bring a stinky ass full pizza on an 8am flight?

While we are at it, ugly people should sit in the back of the plane too, separated by a curtain.  And people with noisy kids should get a seat in the cargo bay.
