"I think spying did occur," Barr said, though he declined to provide the basis for his concern. "The question is whether it was . . . adequately predicated."

And that's the $1,000,000 question right there

Nothing we've seen thus far indicates that anything was "adequately Predicated"

I'll pin this thread so we can all follow along over the next year or so :th:

LOL

Barr is a puppet.

he says whatever Trump wants him to......

he's walking a razor's edge in NOT over stating the claims the way Trump is,

but not saying anything to contradict Trump either......

Comedy gold, I love it.

nothing,

they are both speed bumps......

Back on topic... do you think that time will reveal that the spying was adequately predicated?

I think "spying" is a loaded word and it's a joke that the AG is using it.

I anticipated that... how would you characterize it?

We can use your'e terminology if that makes you more comfortable.

Instead of spying we should call it [ insert word here  ]

What?

as you should,

because it's a loaded word and inaccurate.

why would the AG use such partisan language?

Can you answer my very simple question?

I'm okay with calling it what it is... but if it makes you squeamish we can call it "Investigating" (?)

Do you think the "Investigating' will prove to be adequately predicated once we get more information?

Surveilling ?

"Covertly Monitoring"

Again let's agree on a term so we can move forward with the conversation
