Fish Caught on Costum Wood 2019

I figure it's time to get this year's party started. Got this 34" on my Mag Darter impersonator. You catching on wood yet? Something you or someone we know made? Let's see pics.

 

I think this is my 1st this year on wood. After this, I got more taps, but had to resort to jig/soft plastic to catch

Beautiful: both the fish and the lure!!! I'm thinking the orange is vital....I'm seeing orange on the undersides of some of the panfish I'm catching while I (unsuccessfully) look for LMB lately. I'm completely inspired and jealous of that picture...great job...wow.

 

I actually caught a weakfish 2 nights ago on a home made mini-darter, and was too lazy to take a pic.

Thx livefreeordie  was going for something a little different high pressure area the fish are hitting in some white water I figured it would stick out. I had one on the day before on it so went back to it

Orange bellies also work for stripers.
