I usually get mine at my butcher. I bought some once at a chinese market near my job. I really didn't like the flavor of my bacon with it. It tasted different. Shame, too, because it was cheap as ****.

I'm sure Mike's tacos are great. The beauty of belly to me is the fat and the meat working together .crispy soft deliciousness

Yeah, I work with a Korean guy.  We've gone out and had it several times at different Korean BBQs

 

No where near as good as bacon
