Nope.  I fish his trollers. The rod tip will have a steady up and down  cadence to know you have the right speed or foul on debris.  I can troll em from 1.9-3 and still get hit. They are good to cast too if there are active bass banging bait. 

 

I would upgrade the hooks to a 4x or even 6x.

It goes down about 3' @ 2.2 knots with about 30-40 yards of braid out. That's about the spot I stay it since most of my fishing is under 20'.

hell yeah! troll all types of wood trollers. nice and slow and steady pace when moving. definitly need a rod with some back bone to it
