Parts of the Mystic have opened up as well as some areas of the Charles River. Hopping the Cold nights coming out don’t seal it up again. 

 

This is time of the 8 years ago I was already fishing on Lake Champlain.

Wow. So all those cape ponds are open?  What about a little north up to Plymouth?  Long Pond and Billington Pond?

Still chasing them through the ice. I will be scouting; shed hunting; and turkey hunting when spring hits though I don’t fish them open water.

Not where I was looking ... maybe patches of open water here and there but I went from Sandwich to Orleans (2) weeks ago and couldn’t find an opening.
