Parasitic lawyers.

How about the commercials: "have you had a bleeding complication from a blood thinner?"(yes but I avoided a massive stroke, can I still sue?) or "did you lose your hair while on chemotherapy for breast cancer?"(yes but I'm breast cancer free, can I still sue?).

Strange world.

What percentage of money charged patients by you ("you" meaning all doctors) goes towards legal fees to fight these stoopid law suites?

Fuq legal fees, how about malpractice ins. My ex (OB/GYN) has NEVER been involved in a lawsuit against her and her yearly premium was approaching 400K last I knew.

And your OB/GYN's patients pay for that premium, not the doctor.

If you have an OB/GYN, shouldn't you change your name to "Sister" Brian? Sorry, had to be said.  :D

I like the ones that ask "did you experience x, y, z, or death after using..."

Death is serious...it's permanent you know...if you get the death from a drug you should certainly be compensated :bucktooth:

Show someone how to catch striped bass and they'll be ready to fish anywhere.
Show someone where to go striped bass fishing and you'll have a desperate report chaser with loose lips.
