Run down a deer with your car.

Back in the 70s it was some what common to see old Impalas out on the logging roads.... Everyone knew what they were doing but I don't remember anything happening about it.

It would take big balls or idiocy to think of hitting an animal that tall on purpose.

Over the years I've seen more than one collision where the moose was hit and came down on the roof of the car.  Then again those were on the turnpike not a logging road.

DMacLeod- Back in the 80's and early 90's, a few guys had heavy grill and hood protectors welded up and hooked to the front of their p/u trucks. They said it was because of all the  car/vehicle collisions. Which was true.... But knowing who the guys were and the very large number of "accidents" they had, the real reason was pretty obvious.

10 lbs is a pretty damn big favor to ask.

Right?

I can try and get him a deer but he has to do all the work.

Ground venison sucks.  I used to use it as freezer ballast for 8-9 months and then would convert it to trash can ballast.

There's a 400 to 800 pound difference between a deer and a moose.

My buddy used to have a block of wood mounted to his bumper for running down deer.
