Any one own this reel and have 20lb braid on it. How much does it hold? I know there specs say, 220yards. But they are known to be off. Going to put jbraid on it.

Takes 300m of PE2 which would be 325 yards of PP Superslick 10lb

Which brand of 20lb braid?

20lb J braid - 240 yards

20lb PP Superslick - 225 yards

30lb Maxcuatro - 225 yards

You might want to shoot me for being a yard or 5 out

jbraid X4 or X8 ?

if its X8 can get about 280M estimate

it all depend on the brand most importantly, different company different diameter even tho the same lbs

If FK = FJ, you can fit 300 yards of Slick 8 30lbs

nope, not possible

i tried 30lbs super slick 8 on 5k, approx about 220m-240m

but will fit perfectly on 6k twinpower sw

I wish reel manufacturers would stop putting line capacities by weight and rather go by diameter

the new model of daiwa reel goes by diameter
