In Monmouth county they were everywhere, I fish Sandy Hook almost every day of the week from 5:30Am - 3:00Pm during Albie season and it was probably one of the best seasons I have seen in a while. managed to get on a total of 38 albies

Any of you catch those mackeral I saw flying out of the water a bunch of times?  Those things are fast and I'm getting older.

I actually got my first spanish off the hook on the last day of the 2018 fluke season on a deadly dick.

I got my first this past season.

Waiting for them to come by, bombed a heavy popper out there with a teaser in front of it.

Took the teaser. What a blast!

I caught none! Albies have skipped NJ and out to sea. All I seen was more people then fish this past year. Albies will never come close enough to the beach in NJ!

They were there.  All you had to do was look for them, find them and then reach them.

I know they were, just trying to scare outsiders away. They are pretty easy to catch when they came in. I was exaggerating a little bit. Anybody that seen me on the beach knows how many I caught but seriously the word was out this past year and man I actually have to say there were more people then flies on the beach Haha.

There were albies from IBSP all the way to the northern most point for at least a solid month.  Not trying to be a dick, but maybe you need some glasses?
