Trout and redfish in the marsh.  Whiting with the occasional pompano on the beach.  Spanish Macs will be around too off the beach and inlet if the bait is there.

Mostly a boat thing.  There are areas to wade but its limited.  If you find an area be careful the mud is soft and oysters are sharp.  But if you have access to a canoe or kayak you can get to plenty of fish.  You can rent kayaks and canoes from Anastasia water sports and fish the Salt Run area.  Good area for big trout.  You can wade Guana Lake, there are gators but they shouldn't be much of a bother on the east shore.  Check out North Guana Outpost they have great info and rent canoes and kayaks.  They will pick up and drop off for you and give you spots to fish. *
