You got to be kidding me ??

Only a Driscoll Bridge crossing, deep fried hot dog eating Benny would aver utter such heresy :beatin:.

The longest running argument in MoCo is "Windmill or Max's?"

No , I'm not....but it could've been an anomaly.

If you say it's mostly always good as we speak, I believe you.

I'm ez to please food wise but that night was a nightmare, even with a starving hungry bunch.

Guess I'll have to give it another go...w/o the family!

FWIW, Windmill dogs are Thuman's and Max's are Shickhaus (or visa versa, I can never remember)

If you don't like griddle franks then you won't like either

That's the big boy . . . I can barely handle the mini.  And if it's after fishing . . . don't be shy about their bloody's.

I ate a large once. Never again.  :scared:

The kids usually get a scoop of something different every time.  I used to get a black raspberry milkshake every time, but that's the old diet.  I abstain now in my quest to not get diabetes and just go for the kids.

Aint noone going to windmill for the cleanliness or service, none of em are very clean by todays standards.  What they all have in common is that they serve the best damn hot dogs known to man.

I think it might be the other way around.  I've noticed in supermarkets theyll actually sell the "windmill" brand which look pretty much identical to the shickhaus and carry a premium price. Not a big Max's guy but ive downed enough windmill hotdogs to feed an army in my lifetime.

I think  windmill is its own brand. I'm not sure which dogs max's used.  Probably Schickhaus.  My old neighbor Andy Wenning used to sell those.  You can buy either brand at Shop Rite.  Eaten way more windmills than my bowels  prefered.

Yes, but made by Shickhaus or Thumans to their recipe

Eaten side by side, really tough to tell the difference

And yes, once or twice. Still cleary remember the time I had to use the disgusting bathroom on the old Long Branch fishing pier when my father and I stopped at windmill before going fishing - not a pleasant experience
