From what I've read of the NYC ordinance in question, it's a witless bit of harassment.  I will be surprised if the S.C. lets it stand.

If the ruling isn’t unanimous, we will know who the partisan hacks on the court are.

What if "the people" are no longer a "well regulated militia," but are a bunch of Socialist imbeciles that don't even know how to change a flat tire, let alone responsibly handle a firearm?  Should the principle still apply?

You should worry about you, and let those that can handle it do that.

If you do not want to participate, no one is making you, but let those with the ability and want to be free to do their duty.

Well if it's a "duty," shouldn't everyone be required to do it?

It really doesn't matter to me which one of my rights you wish take.  My rights, my money, my property.  Whatever.  Reach for any of them and you just crossed the line into being an adversary.  You want to take my right to bear arms, you're every bit as bad as the guy that wants my money or my right to speak freely.  That's not my fault, I don't want anything from you but to leave me alone.
