titleguy
Looks sweet BFD. That will push some water. I really like the Farrar blend material. I tied very sparse and small ( size 4 and 6) clousers with bead chain eyes to imitate the tiny baitfish I found on my favorite flat this summer. It is super rugged and makes a great looking bug. I was thinking as I drove into work this morning, past one of my early season spots ONLY SIX MONTHS TO GO! I will trout fish a few more times this year. Cast and blast on Saturday- Hunt ducks in the am, trout fish in the afternoon. I will do the same on Christmas day, because I can. I would ******* LOVE a grave blanket. VanStaalSteve
When I fly fished for stripers ( early '90s) I caught well with the following Ken Abram patterns; L and L Special, Eel punt and Razzel Dazzel. bonefishdick
Fishing on Christmas day because you can is not a bad thing. I think the last time I went fishing because I thought I could as on my 20th anniversary, that did not go over well. Now over 44 years later and fast approaching 45 years and I can honestly say I never have fished on my anniversary again.
