Why do SOL builders, as a group, remain apparently determined to solidify their “We will help to ROCK this auction!” position?  Although I don’t know the answer, we are all grateful for your generous help!

Seaweed 65 again steps up (big-time!) with his donation of this artwork.

After he’d sent this to me I asked him for details about this amazing work re what appeared to me to be an Alby or some other tunoid.
“It’s just a fish.”

(OK, so I’m obviously no artist, and I hope that he will forgive me for being too literal.)

As I've gotten to know him quite well in the last year or so, I've learned that he not only builds plugs that sport AMAZING paint AND catch (see this thread for just one example of his work: but he's also an accomplished knife-builder and artist.  And one of THE nicest guys you'd ever hope to meet.

Its acrylic on cypress wood, 10 ½” long and my pic cannot possibly do it justice.

Minimum bid $35.00
Minimum incremental bid $10
Winner please add $15.00 for shipping
Auction closes Monday, 12/10/18 at 8:00 PM EST
(Note that past winning bidders who didn’t pay for the lots that they won are ineligible to bid.)

Please consider making a donation to help us help others again this year.
