My nephew just sent me this pix. Taken last night on a SP Minnow during the incoming SH Area. Weight was on a hand scale and released. Lifetime achievement, congrats to the angler.

Chris puts in a lot of time on the water and always talks conservation.  There is not a better person out there to land a fish of a lifetime.

He was so excited to see her swim away. Great guy, great fish.

It wasn’t that long ago when these big fish were way more common.  Now it’s like hell froze over to see a 50. Yet, we keep doing The same crap that has lead us to the decline of striped bass.

Long live a man who is humble enough to release a fish of a lifetime safely. That is a beautiful fish that will lay Millions more eggs congratulations

Great fish, catch, pic, and release!  cngrats.

Its probably safe to assume that the time, tide, location, and lure will all be adjusted and modified.
