All prepped and ready for an 8 - 10 hour slow cook starting before I leave for work in the morning at 5:30. Ground beef, bacon, and chorizo. Ok, so it has beans in it, call it stew if you want, whatever, it's delicious.

Looks good! Nothing wrong with beans, just can’t put it on a hot dog that way.

How’s that 75 minute? Don’t recall seeing it before.

Yeah, with beans it's kinda meh on a dog. But it works well on nachos.

This is the last one. So I'd say it's delicious. Haha

It’s just too much in my opinion, too busy.

Some meat only chili and cheddar cheese is the way to go on a dog.

It’s strange, because franks and beans are a normal dish. :why:

Green peppers?

Anything with heat in it, or mild so the kids can eat it too?

Green bell, though next time i might change it up to a pablano or something. For heat i use 1 habanero. It's enough to give it a little bite, but still mild enough for the kids.
