D_L
Looking for a recommendation for inexpensive rubber boots. Going to be using them for fishing in the shallow bays in the SF/Bay area. TIA D_L

beerdoh
Knee high boots never seem to be high enough for me. I own a pair but only use them if I'm staying out of the water. Another option is hip boots. If you plan to walk in the water they give you some extra protection when you step in a hole or deep mud. I have a couple pairs of Prolines I bought at Dick's that were cheap and work well...

surfcityNJ
Have the servus boots as well and they get the job done. Just picked up some hunter fleece boot socks for the cold months this year as the uninsulated boots have lots of airspace and can get really chilly. All in all have maybe spent 50-60 bucks. Sea Of Atlas
Chinook Boot Kick Axe. $55 bought at my local marine store. Made in USA. Sturdy but a little softer then the super cheap stiff rubbahs.

fishing addict
I own both xtratuf and baffins. The baffins are like $35 and are lined. I farm year round and wear baffins in the winter and xtratuf spring through fall
