8wt. Life
Has anyone had any issues with the anti-reverse slipping? Over a short period of time it has gotten worse.
Otshawytsha
Maybe you got grease on it or some grease got down in there. I just had this problem with my BG after servicing it and getting a bit of grease on it. Slipped on me while fighting a fish that was a surprise! 8wt. Life
Yeah, I actually seen this in another thread after I posted this. The reel is pretty new and never been used in salt, so im assuming it has to be the grease. Im going to tear her apart soon. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks! Otshawytsha
I read elsewhere that there should be no oil or grease inside the AR--for some reels. 8wt. Life

That is true for the shimano type roller clutch. The Penn clutch bearing can use some grease. Just not too much. They come greased from the factory. 8wt.
