Big pile of of schoolies to small keepers where I was, couldn’t find anything bigger. Damn cold out too.

When you realize you have matched the hatch

Damn island has fish repellent in late fall.  Any bait out there Steve?

I did see some small bait. Some silversides and sand eels. Had some squid in old harbor but not as much as this time last year. Plenty of Grey seals around for target practice. Look forward to a brew when you come out!

Fished beaches SOCO off an 18 foot charter on Monday at sunrise ...lots of busting schoolies  and we were runnin' and gunnin' and catching and releasing until the weather changed dramatically ... glass calm seas to 4 foot chop-slop in less than 5 minutes; our boat almost ended up on T-swizzle's backyard as the wind pushed it close while the Capt was landing my buddy's bass. Ride back inside Little Gansett Bay was a bit of a roller coaster in that 18 footer. Too bad as the fish were really showing nice ... and the Capt said big Albies were around on Sunday
