Go to Lures at Night

So what are your favorite go to lures when fishing at night? Colors, retrieve speed, spooks or poppers, location surf, rivers, jettys.

I had a great Spring at night on white bucktails. Have had most of my best action since then at night on  chartreuse 5” Tsunami Swim shads, and a pearl/chartreuse Alans’s custom glider (that I  Iost last weekend to a good fish that I could’t get turned around in the current). Also have had a bit of luck on a yellow SS darter.  All of it on a very slow roll. Have thrown a 12” black sluggo as well, but it had not produced......yet. Looking forward to this weekend’s new moon!!!

I agree, it seems like when they aren't hitting anything, I clip this on and always manage to get a few fishes.

I also drop a few nice ones on SP. they do work. Dam, I hate saying that.

There’s an endless list of other choices, but none are actually better. Classic fish murdering rig.

Eelskin 40 and kind of a lure: rigged eel round out my usuals.
