Found this video and didn't expect what I think it's a halibut hit on lure at night time in shallow water. Have you guys caught fluke at night?

I caught a pretty nice fluke in the Shrewsbury river at night on a bomber once.

Once.

I figured every village has an idiot.

They can most certainly be caught at night under lights.  Cast into the darkness and bounce the jig back into the light.  It will get hit right at the interface of light and dark.

I've caught fluke on bombers at night in October while fishing for bass.

Caught my 27'' pr Fluke on a Bomber fishing the AC jetties one night a long time ago.

I go out at night in the back bay in the summer on a buddies small boat and we always catch Fluke while looking for Bass

I think the biggest fluke I ever caught was on an October night on a 9" sluggo in the middle of a great bass sand eel bite.
