Keto=gout

any diet that has fancy looking words I'm not going to do. Eat less carbs, less sugars, smaller portions, lots of fiber so you **** it out and work out more. It's not complicated.

I've done it at times. Don't overthink it. Just keep net carbs under 30-50 grams a day. Take in your target body weight in grams of protein each day and don't overdo the fat. You should lose weight quickly. Another good rule of thumb is that carbs and protein are 4 calories/gram and fat is 9 calories/gram. So, if you have a target weight of 200, you'll have 800 calories from protein, 200ish calories from carbs, and as long as you don't go ham on fat, you can easily keep calories to around 1500 a day.

Just know that you will crack out after a few weeks and have a cheat meal. It's okay. First few days suck too.

Not worth your time. I just dropped about 50 pounds.

Stop eating so much garbage.  You can eat what you want in moderation.

Of the healthy stuff you eat, eat the proper serving sizes.

Exercise.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, make lifestyle changes.  Diets are temporary and are hard to sustain.

Calories out > calories in = weight loss.

I'm on the don't be a lazy fat slob diet.

I'm on the DO be a lazy fat slob diet. Screw it - life is too short to be counting calories, or stopping after your 9th beer.

The Fallstaffian ways are the best. :th:
