Have a few projects planed for the yard. Does anyone have any feed back on the nail gun. Not looking to spend a few hundred on a tool I'm only going to need for a couple of projects.

For $79.99, on amazon, that nailgun looks like a good deal.

i just bought a harbor freight version for $99. But i didnt wait for sale or use a coupon.

I got one for a small project about a month ago and it worked flawlessly for me.  It does give your arm a workout though.

Don't overlook refurbished ones off Amazon or elsewhere.  I bought a Porter Cable roofing nalier last year- refurbed with a one year warranty- for just about what a Harbor Freight one cost.  Was much lighter then the HF one. Similarly bought a refurbed Bostitch framgn nailer off of the auction site.  I will say that I have several of HF air staplers and a pin nailer and they have worked well.  just dont' cheap out and use their fasteners is what i was told.

My guns are all Bostich but now thanks to OSHA they have so many safeties on them that the last gun I purchased sucked to use and was unreliable. AAAAND it was almost 4 hundred bux!

Bought one a few years back to frame a basement and have used it a few times since. The only problem I had was that the last 2 or 3 nails wouldn't fire,Its as if the spring isnt tensioned enough to push them into place. Beside that no problems at all. I'll be building a small deck off the back porch and it will get used again soon. A bargain for the price and on my front door the next day.

The last bostich I bought ,I found it on eBay.  It said used, but could tell that it looked like brand new.  no scratches. The box looked very clean inside with papers.

It was $40.00  a steal?   I don't think the guy used it more then once..  Sometimes you can find a great deal?   You can tell the ones that were used hard.
