soundside
Is Flex Coat lure epoxy gel coat, thinner then 30 minute epoxy and what kind of working time does it have? (*member formerly known as 'surfdaddy')
Dan_evan1
Working time is going to depend on the final mixing cup/plate displacement, however FC lure is quite forgiving and has a work time that's much longer than something like BSI, but a bit shorter than Etex. So would you say it is thinner then regular epoxy? (*member formerly known as 'surfdaddy')

Can you elaborate on what you mean when you say regular epoxy? JB weld? Devcon? Are you referring to your typical 2 ton double tubed hardware store bought stuff? greenleaf79
I agree with Dan, Flex coat is to water as BSI 30 Is to honey. When I mix 3 cc’s of each I can do one Plug with BSI or 5 plugs with flex coat. Talking 9.5” large plugs.
