My wife wanted ribs for supper today, so I obliged. She likes baby backs and I like spares. So I cut a rack of each into and froze a half rack of both. I smoked the other halves. Here are some pics.

Yes, I always use lump  in the Akorn. I cooked the ribs at 225* for about five hours.I sauced in the last thirty minutes of the cook.

Looks better than mine! Good job,

 

I have the same problem, l like saint Lewis and the wife baby backs, 

 

My last minute,didn't have all the ingredients for the rub, (Brown sugar,kosher salt,black pepper and cayenne) the baby backs got honey mustard bbq sauce
