Jack had suggestion for pouring lead weights in 2 pieces of oak drilled to size & depth - wonder if he stamped the F in them then or later after epoxing in the plug ???

Is this a frech? Where would I scrape for the stamp on the weight.

I got this from old timer.

RR Bridge Fisher, looks like what you have is a a few skipper blanks or maybe WY Poppers, and a copy of a Gibbs surface skipper.  At least clones of them if not originals made by frech.  Other guys would know much much more than I do.


That bottom popper is interesting, looks like the weight is on top and in a triangular pattern?
