That whole "by force" verbiage....     Applies more to the "militias" that we see gaining in strength and popularity.

Still, Trump's accusation of "Treason" is wrong, as usual.

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

The accusation of "Treason" is as silly as his plethora of accusations against all his critics.    laughable.

Semantics...

Those calling it treason are in error and are thinking of the related offenses, sedition and espionage.

Laughable? I don't think so.

Those who will be charged as such certainly won't be laughing when it happens.

Are you there to spurt out the same stuff every time someone from the Trump team is accused of Treason over this Russia/collusion thing?

I didn't see a Trump tweet that accused his campaign staff of treason, but I will check.

Treason applies to Obama and Hezbollah.

They were given 8 years to come out.  Now they are here in force and take their ques from the MSM and entertainers.  Otherwise normal people who are moving away from that category.  It only took Obama 8 years to fracture the country beyond repair.
