Patricia.. everyone in NY is saying the Giants are gonna hire him to be the next Head Coach..what do you guys see as his strengths? weaknesses? Do you think he'll make a good head football coach?  the Belicheck castoffs traditionally havent done well as Head Coaches. his tree fails in comparison to Parcells, Walsh, etc coaching tree's.

will the Giants make a good move by hiring this guy?  will he be overwhelmed as a HC? can he handle the NY media?  can he handle the tudes of all these Giant players (Beckham, Apple)  how will he handle the Eli situation going forward?  will guys run through fire for this guy..

whats the scoop??

Those are all very good questions. One can only assume that maybe he will run the ship very belichick like. No noise to the media, no special players or special considerations, gamemanship 24-7.

The Odell situation will be left up to ownership if they want to sign him.  Besides distractions he msy also dampen growth and depth. Eli? Is probably gone, over 20 mill salary plus an additional bonus of 5 mill if he is on the roster 3 days into the league 2018...can't see it happeneing, not when you can get picks.

Patricia went to RPI in troy NY, behind that beard hes a pretty smart guy, a litteral rocket scientist. Having met with him in mixed company he has a very dry sense of humor at times, seems like the guy next door. But he can have a bark.

Hes good, but will he succeed? like other oher BB minions odds can be telling.

Remember this is the guy that wore the Goodell clown shirt.

He a smart defensive guy who has been under BB for quite some time (probably learned a lot). Seems to have a very good connection with his players.

I think he will be good but the real question is will he be on the same page as the GM?

He's worth a shot - learned defensive schemes from one of the best.  I just wish the NFL would come up with rule to prohibit any negotiating for coaching/player changes until after the Super Bowl.

Really distracting.
